Antraccoli (LU), May 23, 2010 - 34th to Antraccoli Sgambati (LU). Like last year, several participants were: for the few lenses and present David and Michele who walked 12 km. David did not appear in great shape (due to the limited training), after a couple of miles, in fact, Michael has long left behind David. The 12 km (11.340 km in reality), presented a flat stretch in the first and last part, while in the middle there was a wooded hill climb with relatively insidious (altimetry see chart below). 1 kg packet of spaghetti for the participants.
