Notes:
I chose the Premier or the President based on who is the holder of executive power. For regional organizations have chosen the most important figure among those representing the time unit and therefore the Heads of State or Government of States party to the organization, but the President of the Commission (in Europe) or the Executive Secretary. In the absence of a regional organization of local consistent with my project or a state which includes at least half of the territory, I have chosen the Premier / President of the State as a broader area. Some of the characters in the picture I arouse very different feelings admiration.
